The site and the application are hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union:

4. Intellectual property
The AquaTender trade mark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the interface, the source code as well as the structure and the selection of the catalogue (species, equipment, parameters) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by database rights. They remain the exclusive property of the publisher or of their respective owners.
Any reproduction, communication to the public, extraction or re-utilisation, in whole or in part, substantial or repeated, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited — with the exception of uses expressly permitted by law or by the general terms and conditions of use (in particular the function allowing fact sheets to be shared on forums).
The scientific names of species, the equipment brands and the manufacturer names mentioned in the catalogue are given for informational and descriptive purposes. They remain the property of their respective owners and their mention does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
The content you create (photos, measurements, notes, information about your tanks) remains your property. See the general terms and conditions of use.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The showcase site uses no cookies and no advertising or analytics trackers.
